How many revision rounds are included?
Most design packages include 2-3 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at an hourly rate, which we'll communicate upfront before any extra work begins.
Do I own the final files?
Yes — full file ownership transfers to you upon final payment. You'll receive print-ready PDFs, editable source files, and web formats. No ongoing licensing fees, no vendor lock-in.
How long does a branding project take?
A logo and basic brand identity typically takes 7-14 business days from approved brief to final delivery. Menu design projects run 5-10 business days. Rush timelines are available — ask us when you request your quote.
Do I need to provide a brief or assets upfront?
Not necessarily. If you have brand assets, references, or a written brief, bring them — they help. If you're starting from scratch, we'll run a short discovery call to build your brief together. You don't need to be a designer to work with us.
